ProConSol-BPO focus is on Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). ProConSol-BPO is a division of ProConSol which is an Information and Communication Technology business that has other divisions such as: RentWebsite , Rent-Tech and ProConsol Consulting. Our BPO initiatives are focused on outsourcing to Limpopo Province due to opportunities presented by the environment.
BPO in today's world is seen as a strategic management option rather than just a way to cut costs. It helps achieve the companies and governments functional objectives through operational excellence and an edge in the market place.
Outsourcing can be defined as "the strategic use of outside resources to perform activities traditionally handled by internal staff and resources". Outsourcing is a strategy by which an organization contracts out major functions to specialized and efficient service providers, who become valued business partners. Companies have always hired contractors for particular types of work, or to level-off peaks and troughs in their workload, and have formed long-term relationships with organizations whose capabilities complement or supplement their own.
